Industrial Machinery & Pump Components

Pumps, motors, compressors and machines use aluminium housings and manifolds where weight, corrosion resistance and machinability matter.

Why die cast aluminium for industrial parts

Replacing cast iron with aluminium lowers weight for portable and motor-driven equipment, and aluminium resists atmospheric corrosion without plating. Die casting holds near-net shape, so machining is limited to ports, bores and sealing faces.

For pressure-carrying parts such as manifolds, gating and porosity control are planned so that machined ports and sealing areas are sound.

Applications

Typical industrial machinery & pumps components we die cast

  • Pump bodies and impeller housings

    Machined ports and sealing faces.

  • Hydraulic manifold blocks and end-flanges

    Pressure-tight, impregnation where required.

  • Gearbox end-shields

    Bearing bores machined in-house.

  • Compressor and blower housings

    Thin-walled with integral mounting feet.

  • Vibration-damped flanges

    Ribbed for stiffness.

FAQ

Industrial Machinery & Pumps castings — FAQ

Can die cast manifolds hold hydraulic pressure?

Yes, with suitable design and process control. Pressure rating and test method are agreed per part.

Do you machine pump housings?

Yes — ports, bores, faces and threads are machined in-house.
