How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We acknowledge every RFQ and aim to complete the engineering review within [INSERT TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME]. Complex parts may need a short technical call first.
Will my drawings be kept confidential?
Yes. Drawings are used only to prepare your quotation, and we can sign a mutual NDA before you share files.
What file formats can I upload?
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and PDF, up to 65 MB in total. Email larger files to our engineering team.
