Step 01
Feasibility and DFM
Design changes proposed to improve castability and reduce cost.

The die decides how good a casting can be. We design and develop die casting tools around your part and our machines, then maintain them for long, stable production.
Tool development starts with a design-for-manufacturability review of your model: draft, wall thickness, fillets, undercuts that need slides, and where the gates, overflows and vents should go. A mould-flow review predicts filling and solidification so that porosity is moved away from critical areas before steel is cut.
After tool making, sampling trials establish the process window on our machine. The first-off samples are measured and submitted with a report for your approval.
Each stage ends with a review point.
